IOS 11 won't support iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, and fourth-gen iPad

Apple will keep conversations with Siri and HomePod a secret

New iPhone feature can block texts while driving

Apple vice president of product management Greg Joswiak said: "Together with iOS 11 these new iPad Pro models will radically change what users can do with iPad". That's right, the latest iteration of Apple's mobile OS will finally bring a file manager app to iPhones and iPads, something that has been available on Android and Windows phones for years. But as with every latest iteration of the iOS, there are some devices that Apple has chose to no longer support.

For early access to iOS 11 users can download the beta version of the new software here.

The new Files app, also available for iPhone users, is a file management system that places all files on the iPad together in one place for easy organization. With the release of iOS 11 in this autumn season, the Apple will officially end the support for the iPhone 5, 5C and iPad 4. "First, a new iPad Pro with thinner bezels housing a 10.5" display, 120Hz refresh rate, better pen tracking, and, of course, eventually it'll get iOS 11 with a lot of iPad-specific improvements.

While these features aren't revolutionary, they are convenient, and will only enhance the experience for those who own an Apple Watch. However, it's also possible to manually offload app data on a case by case basis. So your app doesn't have to be flawless from the very beginning, you can still release a v2 and clean your ratings. The last time Apple announced a redesign of Apple Music was June 2016 at its last WWDC event, so it seems we may have missed the window for a revamp this year. Conversations can also be organized by the amount of storage space they use, and then be manually deleted.

The biggest change is likely to see banking apps allow users to make payments from within their apps and London's Oyster card offered as a direct payment option on iPhone, bypassing Apple Pay altogether.
