IPhone 8 image leak shows a fingerprint scanner on the rear

The Galaxy Note 8 vs iPhone 8 dimensions shared by PhoneArena show that the new iPhone would be smaller than the Note 8.

Now, how will Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and iPhone 8 stack up against each other? Hence, putting the fingerprint reader at the back is justifiable. We've heard it time and time again, but here they are in the flesh.

The South Korean company has added the Samsung pay support.

"Reading the MIT Technology Review article, you'll find details that, until now, were only available if you stepped onto the factory floor-for instance, some tests are intentionally destructive, so Samsung loses 3% of its monthly battery inventory to testing". SlashLeaks titled the leak with iPhone 7S.

Rear fingerprint scanner confirmed: The fingerprint scanner will not be on the front inside the display glass. OEMs have a tendency to announce their product to the market, then open up pre-orders for various markets/retailers, and then a few weeks later the device goes on sale.

One of the coolest features that every Apple fan is expecting to see on iPhone 8 is an integrated fingerprint sensor.

The price of the Note 8 will supposedly start at €999 in Europe. The phone is powered by 6GB of RAM along with 64GB of storage space which can further be expanded with the help of a Micro SD card.

Samsung has been coming out with two flagship phones every year. The images also tipped that the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 will come with a dual-curved display along with a curved rear side.

"In the below image, we see the device's frontside, complete with reported 6.3" Infinity display.

Initially, Samsung planned to put the fingerprint scanner on the front under the screen but wasn't able to make the technology work. With connectivity options such as Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS and 4G with VoLTE, the smartphone is also expected to come with USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.

Unfortunately, the fingerprint scanner is again at the back and is located at a similar position. Popular Tipster Evan Blass on twitter revealed the full specs of Samsung GalaxyNote 8 on his twitter account with a link to Venture Beat Article. Galaxy Note 8 launch date in India is not mentioned or declared yet.

The Galaxy Note 8 will be 0.1-in bigger than the Samsung Galaxy S8+, making it the largest smartphone Samsung has ever made. We'll have to wait and see.
