The Groove Music service is currently available for Windows 10 PCs, iOS, and Android. This is scheduled to happen either at the end of this year or at the beginning of 2018. It's been an "exclusive", meaning that consoles like Microsoft's Xbox One and Nintendo's Switch couldn't get the app.
Fluent means that almost everything has changed. This will add a new block of content that can be moved around the Home screen.
In 2011, Microsoft and Taco Bell teamed up for a promotion of the original Xbox, and now the companies are "again coming together with this promotion to launch the Xbox One X".
The Switch sold 4.7 million units since its launch on March 1 till June 30. "We've heard feedback from our fans that they want the ability to customize Home the way they want. A new Xbox One update has been given out to Xbox Insiders, giving them early access to the newest update to the Xbox One's home page. While it surprisingly lacks Acrylic (which it was shown with in a few mockups) it has a new UI that's not purely vertical like it was before. When you navigate to sections of the guide, there's even a new stacked user interface to show you what you've left behind. Xbox spokesperson Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb seen using "Spotify for Xbox One".
Shortly after, fellow Reddit user GhostlyCrowd spotted a reference to Spotify on Xbox One on Microsoft's Retail Training portal, ExpertZone. The changes are available today to check out and should be immediately noticeable as they start with the Xbox Home, available exclusively to the Alpha Ring members of the Xbox Insiders program. The app also seamlessly integrates into the PlayStation 4's quick menu overlay, which we expect would function similarly on the Xbox One.
It is worth noting that this isn't the only information suggesting this. It's all down to personal preference.
