August: Paul Manafort, Trump's campaign manager, is under investigation for questionable Russian ties. The two leaders also discussed military cooperation, trade and their different responses to climate change.

White House has continued to dismiss Mueller investigation as a "hoax".

U.S. Vice President Mike Pence with Michael Flynn in February.

Trumps attorneys were said to have asked whether it could be in the written format. There was no collusion, everybody including the Dems knows there was no collusion, & yet on and on it goes. "It's all fake news". They charged that the US response to Russia's brazen attack has been hindered by Trump.

A month before that February 2017 press conference, BuzzFeed published the now-discredited "Trump dossier".

The comment appeared to be at odds with the White House's official position, which was supportive of the measure. Prior to this meeting with Trump, Solberg had a press conference with the Norwegian media, after which she chose to catch a few Pokemon during her brief time off.

Trump's comments come after USA media reported that Mueller had informed the White House that he probably will seek to interview Trump as part of his probe.

And what was Trump asked about? No matter how often Trump insists the issue is "fake news", the media can't stop asking about Russian Federation. We "want to have clean water, clean air, but we also want businesses that can compete". No collusion. When I watch you interviewing all the people leaving their committees, I mean, the Democrats are all running for office, trying to say this that - but bottom line, they all say there's no collusion.

Trump called the investigation a "phony cloud" over his administration. And it has hurt our government.

The high-profile investigation into possible collusion between the Trump election campaign team and the Russian government has been given added weight by the appointment of a prosecutor well versed in cybersecurity, it has emerged.

Trump said previous year that he would be "100%" willing to testify under oath about his conversations with Comey.

"It's sort of like, when you've done nothing wrong, let's be open and get it over with", he told reporters at Camp David in Maryland.

President Donald Trump said during an interview with The Wall Street Journal that he should get more credit for "having great insight" when he fired Federal Bureau of Investigation director James Comey last May.

Mueller has indicted three Trump campaign aides, but the charges concern perjury or unrelated financial crimes. Both have pleaded guilty in plea deals and are cooperating with Mueller.

The President denied that, and said he'd be "100 per cent" willing tell his version of events under oath. "They care about the agenda".

"In November we started delivering the first F-52s and F-35 fighter jets", Trump said.
