Beyoncé Knowles-Carter has kept her promise to return to Coachella in 2018. The now-iconic California desert skyline poster confirmed rumors reported by outcome of Sound in December of a hip-hop heavy lineup with headliners the Weeknd, Beyoncé and Eminem.

One fan replied that Louis should check out festivals in the Netherlands, writing: "Since you're in the netherlands a lot you should check out some festivals here cause they've had good lineups the past few years". The announcement didn't come as a big surprise, as it was rumored for the past 14 months that Beyonce would be one of the headliners. The lineup skews towards hipster-friendly contemporary artists, but there are some heritage acts in the form of David Byrne, Chic and Jean-Michel Jarre. Tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 5 at noon PST.

Other prominent Detroit-area and MI acts performing at this year's Coachella include Detroit rapper Dej Loaf, Grand Haven-bred singer-songwriter Børns and Frankenmuth rockers Greta Van Fleet.
