Marcus Smart Could Return from Thumb Injury in a Game 7 vs

Rozier hit a 3-pointer with 0.5 seconds left, presumably a game-winner. Brad Stevens is a top candidate for Coach of the Year and rightfully so. Both teams exchanged baskets, but the Celtics found themselves up one with just over a minute remaining. This matchup will feature a Boston team depleted by injuries colliding with a Milwaukee team that looks decent on paper. He averaged 26.9 points per game, 10.0 rebounds per game, and 4.8 assists per game. Jaylen Brown finished with 20 points.

That was all a very long way of repeating what I said in the second paragraph. I don't feel no pressure. "Do what I can to give this team and boost and put us in position to win".

The regular season series between these two teams is tied at two games each. Giannis Antetokounmpo is averaging 35 points and 13 rebounds while Khris Middleton is averaging 31 points and six assists. On two-pointers outside of three feet, Antetokounmpo makes less than 35 percent of his shots. Milwaukee's group of reserves is headlined by 2017 Rookie of the Year Malcolm Brogdon and former No. 2 overall pick Jabari Parker.

The time looks to be ideal for Antetokounmpo to use this opportunity as a statement to the league - that he is among the top tier of players in the National Basketball Association. The 11 players have combined for 169 postseason games with Al Horford accounting for more than half of that total. Smart's absence won't grab main-steam headlines, but he brings an unquantifiable amount of value on a nightly basis - especially in close games.

Part of the reason the Bucks were in bad spots is because they were hampered by turnovers.

Milwaukee simply didn't get enough help to carry the load for Middleton and Antetokounmpo.

"We never stopped believing that we weren't going to win", Rozier said.

Boston leads the series 1-0. Horford rebounded the ball and got it to Rozier, who made it a four-point game with his two free throws. The Boston Celtics are set to face-off against the Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Milwaukee Bucks.

Rozier added three free throws to provide the final margin. So if the Celtics can force him into the shots and situations in which he's not most efficient - or at least not abjectly terrifying - they should have a good chance at warding off an upset.

After the Bucks again cut it to two, 89-87, it was Marcus Morris who knocked down a jump shot with the shot clock winding down to push the Celtics lead back to 91-87 with 1:47 to play.

"I think understanding the tendencies, understanding your roles, understanding assignments, all of those things become paramount because each possession is important", Bucks coach Joe Prunty said. "That's what this series is going to be". He's a go-to player in the fourth quarter, a do-it-all forward who can ignite the crowd with a rim-rattling dunk or momentum-changing block. The Celtics are good at defense and not all that good at offense, and the Bucks are the opposite, although their offense is not as dominant as the Celtics' defense is.

For weeks, Boston Celtics rookie Jayson Tatum was asked the same questions: Are you excited for the playoffs?

Baynes made one start for San Antonio.
