"She was a brilliant young lady, very, very intelligent and a very hard worker", her high school basketball coach, Kim Kendrick, told The Tennessean.

The statement says Sanderlin and Perez were killed outside the restaurant and Dasilva was critically wounded inside and later died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Four others were wounded by either bullets or shattered glass.

TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center spokeswoman Katie Radel in Nashville said two people were treated for minor injuries and released.

Aaron said the victims' names weren't immediately released.

Chuck Cordero told local media outlets that he saw the suspect get out of his pickup truck - almost naked - and immediately begin shooting. "I don't have a report of him saying anything else". "Just a jacket and an assault rifle", Cordero told Fox affiliate WZTV.

Authorities suspect that the gunman, who is still on the loose, may have two weapons on him: a long gun and a handgun.
