The good news, though, is that worldwide shipping exists, and if Harry and Meghan have taught us anything, it's that bridging the gap across the pond (and looking damn good while doing it) is easier than ever.
"Meghan can't wait to see them and show them her new home".
We hope her parents make the most of the Palace stay as we imagine they'll be relocating to Windsor late next week, with Markle confirmed to arrive at her wedding eve accommodation on Friday May 18. She's even spoken of the influence of teacher Maria Pollia.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's upcoming nuptials deviate from tradition (and the Royal rulebook) in more ways than one.
Officials have outlined plans for the May 19 celebration to spread from the privileged halls of Windsor Castle throughout Britain and the world, via television and the internet.
The wedding takes place on May 19 - the same date as the the 2018 FA Cup Final.
Here's the situation: Markle obviously will be tied to Prince Harry once she's officially welcomed into the royal family, and it'll be at that time that she'll get a "branch", so to speak, on the family tree.
"Because he was here for an extended period of time and the entire British royal press was here, and so everyone was waiting and trying to see: Would they go out in public?"
Doria will be breaking traditions, a staple for this wedding apparently, and will accompany Meghan from an undisclosed location to St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.
In the evening, Charles, Prince of Wales, will host the evening reception for 200 select guests at the royal residence of Frogmore House, located near the castle.
Also featured in the special will be Royal Correspondent and Harry's biographer, Katie Nicholl; and Paul Burrell, Princess Diana's former butler, who will look back at Prince Harry's childhood.
