The Nokia X6 can be purchased on May 21 in China beginning at CNY1,299 ($204) for the most unobtrusive 4GB/32GB variation. Today Nokia announced another device which is, in fact, the first device with a notch on the top. The front camera can be also used for facial recognition.

The Nokia X6 sports a 5.8-inch display that has a notch up top and has an aspect ratio of 19:9 with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. The handset offers a screen-to-body ratio of 80.3 percent.

Furthermore, the leaks indicate that the handset will sport a dual-rear camera with 16MP and 5MP sensors.

The Nokia X6 is powered by octa-core processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The internal storage is 64 GB and it is possible to use the MicroSD card up to 128 GB if needed. It comes with the USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It also packs 3060 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0. This will mean you'll be able to recharge the phone 50% in just 30 minutes. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, and is available in Silver, Black, and Dark Blue. Then we have the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant which is priced at CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 15,800). It comes in three variants - 4GB RAM + 32GB storage, 3GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 64GB storage. The launch event will take place at Beijing Minsheng Museum Modern Art, and the launch will be live streamed on JD.com, Suning.com, and Tmall.com, apart from numerous other live stream partners. Reservations are open today, but the exact release date was not specified.
